I checked a couple of his games this year, and he reminds me of josh smith, when josh got drafted outta high school, he had no type of offensive game whatsoever, but he was a good shotblocker and monster athlete.

Renaldo seems the same except, he seems to remind me of josh smith skillwise mixed with jerome williams tenacity and motor...

hopefully this pick pans out well

briggs that comparison is definately off, but let me ask you this:

when you beat phoenix 137-135
what does your team need?

What basis does this comparison have?
While we're at it, Channing Frye reminds me of Tim Duncan. Oh wait, you guys believe that one too. Woops. :P

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Hang on, I thought he was 6"5 WTF, he grew an inch 20 minutes after he lost 3". This guy is a freak!!

I think it pretty hard to compare Balkman to an established NBA yet as well. But my point is that you're treating this like something personal BRIGGS....and you'll say anything to make this guy look bad.

Some men see things as they are and ask why. I dream things that never were and ask why not?

guys... even his coach said he was suprised and a year ago didnt think of him as an NBA player.

"Now he's got the chance so he will have to go out and prove it."

Hey, we only spend $30mm to get in position to draft him.
