they acquired lowry, alexander johnson, and swift on draft night.

we worked out lowry and johnson and we had them high on our radar.

the balkman pick, came out of nowhere.

there could still be a francis/marbury for eddie jones type deal with balkman (after trading their best perimeter defender in battier), jackie (s&t) and us getting back lowry and johnson. of course, other filler could be included as well.

I doubt it. Maybe they will throw in Hakim Warrick too. IT was keen on him too, no? I doubt very highly Memphis deals with NY

Why do people think the Balkman pick came out of no where? We had this guy in for a private workout, he was on the website, in the papers etc. It's not far fetched that the Knicks liked him.
