why this deal is done???

simple, for NY this gives them a little more defense than Franchise and also gives them a great pick to go with the #20. Memphis does this for we get a guy to get pressure off of Pau and a still decent pick at #29.

I'd rather have Eddie Jones than a cancer like Francis. I bet Memphis would too.
