The NBA better expand soon.

Larry Brown is running out of cities.

Brown is out of a (dream) job again, having been fired from the New York Knicks. I've written this before, but I'll write it again: As badly as Isiah Thomas has messed up the Knicks, Larry made them much worse.

There was enough talent there for 35 wins, maybe 40. I think Brown sabotaged the team, thinking the rubble would be laid at Thomas' feet, so that he could get rid of some pieces this summer (maybe even Isiah) and win 35 to 40 games next year, thus making him the genius who revived his hometown team.

You say it sounds crazy? So is Larry Brown.

Now Brown might head to Charlotte to work for new Bobcats executive (and fellow Tar Heel) Michael Jordan. He would also coach former Tar Heels Sean May and Raymond Felton. It is the perfect job for L.B. -- more talent than people realize, low expectations -- unless you happen to be one of those guys competing with May and Felton.

Coaching in North Carolina would be full circle for Brown. Not only did he go to UNC (hey, he can recycle his "coming home" quotes from last summer!), but his first coaching job was with the ABA Carolina Cougars.

He went 104-64 there, by the way.

The man is a hell of a coach -- when he chooses to be.

This all is just common sense.

No, it shouldn't be locked, half of the posters here don't understand this.

They think its ok to sabotage a team because Marbury made him do it. Or Isiah enabled him to do it. There are 2.3 million excuses for why they think this was ok.
