Well that top 5 is a group of maniacs. Like thank God they play basketball and are not in the streets.

My favorite is Ronnie brewer. If the knicks kept that bulls pick I would be lobbying to trade Down so the knicks can hey him and maybe something else.

I've liked Noel from the beginning with the 29. Give me him & Boone, 2 well coached, intangible type, defense 1st guys to come off the bench.

Aldridge better hit the gym damn! He's a 6-11, 250lb power forward and he can only bench 185 (8x)?

Just to keep things in perspective: Channing Frye benched 185 (19x) and weighed about the same 250. Aldrige better hope he's got some strong legs LOL

He is probably gonna have to show off at workouts etc....His college stats are not great. He is definately a freak athletically.

I can't find ANY real info on him.....but we do need a prospect at SF (I think Woods is more along the lines of a 2 guard, despite his size-he doesn't have the passing ability of some tradititional SF's, IMO). Thing is if we can get a 2nd round pick, would like taking him there a little more...I think getting one of the 2nd tier PG's (Rondo, Collins, Lowery-in that order) and a beast d-minded big man (Boone, Armstrong, Killingsworth, Sene), and getting Noel with a 2nd round pick would be best but I don't think I can argue with picking a big man at 20, Noel at 29, and taking a chance on obtaining a PG in the second round because this drafts seems very deep in servicable PG's.

Morrison is going to be poopy. Anyone who says they would take LaMarcus over Channing is insane.

This argument about Channing and Aldridge is so similiar to the arguments that I heard about Camby and Duncan when they were first drafted is very similiar. I am not comparing either player to either player, just the arguments.

I think LaMarcus has a chance to be a stiff. I like LA, but I think Channing can be an all-star. I think it's funny that last season a lot of people here were making the Channing is a stiff argument and you don't hear a peep about that on LaMarcus.

no draft board has him ranked, I assumed that meant he was going back to school? anyone know if he's staying. he'd be an ideal candidate to fill our glaring SF hole.

I thought he was a senior last year? I read he was initially thought of as a second round player. Or possibly going undrafted.

gr33d, that would be awesome because for some reason the Knicks always had look with signing undrafted players.
