Tell us what is going on besides the boring LB thing?

What is the plan? Are we in negotiations to get rid of some of the slosh---i mena if we can trade $-$ or close to it, it might make sense to change some things up. If Denver takes 70mm in contracts and K-mart's knee is OK Im willing to do that tyo get rid of things

something like k-mart and patterson for Francis and Q-rich--the $$$ are near matches and the trade works

are we going to be in the running for sam casell?

I always believe you should try to win if you can adding cassell and kmart short term to be the vets with what we have. vet-for vet but no adding $$$

anyone have any juice--are we trying to give al harrington the max

let's just say that al ranks VERY high on zeke's summer wishlist...in fact, let's say just say it basically comes down to whether atlanta would take back one of our packages for him. (we're looking at something like 5/6 years at $50+ mil)

Crawford/Lee would be the only package I'd take if I'm Atl. But I don't do that If I'm the Knicks.

I suppose Francis & 20/29 for Lue/Harrington might do it too.

Salim's making peanuts to play the role Crawford would in that offense

Ownership is very proud of all the big contracts that BK has NOT given out, and not looking to screw up what they've done by taking on overpaid players at this point. He also said that the reason he keeps quiet is that it allows him to do things like going after Zaza and JJ without anyone seeing it coming

Salim is a 6'1" shooter. Craw is 6'5" & has a lot more game (i.e. ball handling skills).

have you seen Salim play? ball-handling is not a problem.

all moot since its Joe Johnson's ball till a real point is acquired

but

besides being able to place the lob, what "lot more game" does Craw have over Stoudamire?

height is negligible considering Craw doesn't use it to post other guards up.

stoudamire's rookie year (age 22): 20.3 mins, 9.7 pts, 1.9 rebs, 1.2 asts, 41.5 fg%, 38 3fg%
crawford's third year (age 22): 25 mins, 10.7 pts, 1.5 rebs, 2.4 asts, 41.3 fg%, 35.5 3fg%

the stats show they are similar players at the age of 22. now, crawford's game changed last season as his ft's are way up and his 3 point attempts are way down so we'll see if that trend continues.

I can't believe people are trying to pass Jamal "are we out of contention yet" Crawford off as some kind of established basketball player?

its amazing the low level of expectations and accomplishment that Knick fans have for their players and their team.
