Re: Tiago Splitter. Could we use our financial prowess to make a promise to him at say 29, buy him out for whatever that costs & pay him? I know the buy out process is complex & the same might be said for team restrictions when it comes to this.

Any chance we can gain competive advantage by getting a guy because other teams may not be inclined to spend big bucks to buy him out?
