Here are last years assist stats, about which players were most dependent on their teamates to score.

Nash is obviously a monster on most of these stats, he's killing everybody, but he's also passing to great finishers.

Steph is passing to KT who is the least talented scorer on the entire list.

Also, JC is heavily reliant on Steph as well. Maybe he should stop shooting off of the dribble and spot up more. I waited for more of that all season and it didn't hapen. His worst shots were the cross over fadeaways from like 6 ft beyond 3. Spot up or take it to the hole, no jumpers off the dribble moving away from the basket for Jamal. Overall I found it interesting though.

I thought it was very promising that Curry was among league leaders in dunks as well.

Not saying you can pull too much from these stats, but they are valuable if used properly, and you can pull some value as far as assessing teams, players and style of play.
