Some well-known names currently are not on the list. These are players who are still technically on the fence as to whether they're staying in the draft but aren't committing to Orlando, weren't invited, were injured and can't participate or chose not to participate. That list includes: Pitt junior center Aaron Gray, UCLA sophomore guard Arron Afflalo, Connecticut junior forward Josh Boone, Nevada junior forward Nick Fazekas, Colorado sophomore guard Richard Roby, Villanova sophomore guard Kyle Lowry, Michigan State junior guard Shannon Brown and George Washington junior guard Carl Elliott.

Lowry is expected to work out in front of NBA personnel on Wednesday. Gray is scheduled to be in Orlando for the physical-only portion of the camp and could end up having a workout outside of the draft camp.

Here is a look at the team-by-team breakdowns for the camp:

Team 1: Dials, Farmar, Horton, Jones, McCray, Mensah-Bonsu, Millsap, Noel, Novak, Ray

cant believe eric williams has fallen right off the map. the guy has led the acc in scoring and close to 20-10 two years running--hes an athletic 6-9 285 and nopt even on mock draft top 60--thats insane. a lot of good players there--a lot of the 4th year players get short-changed.

A few guys I like who are off the radar:

PG: Chris Quinn, Allan Ray (I see him as a Darrell Armstrong type)
SG: Denham Brown
SF: Caner Medley, David Noel, PJ Tucker ----all well schooled, good character types
PF: Millsap, Dials

Also agree on Eric Williams, who has had some wars with Sheldon Williams & Sean May.

I agree all of those guys have legit shots at making nba teams. with our lack of true PGs, id like to see us take a look at quinn on the SL roster

JP Batista

While the first batch of competitive play was generally disjointed and not very pretty to watch, JP Batista was one of the few players that was able to make a mark on the court that I watched. Quickly seeking out the leaner Solomon Jones, Batista was able to find success with his back to the basket. On one particularly impressive play, he sealed Jones deep on the block, waited for a double team to pass, and patiently flipped in one of his patented baby hooks. On the other hand, there were several occasions where Batista’s lack of length and athleticism clearly showed. Going up against more physically imposing post players, Batista could have a make or break type of week. At any rate, expect him to be involved in many of the more entertaining paint battles of this camp.

they begrudgingly give my man props but he is going to bust the arses of the "athletes" and put some sanctity in the athlete-whore scouts this week.

Batista's game reminds me of a fat version of Juwan Howard. Nice touch from 15 feet & in. Little else. At least Howard is an NBA calibur athlete.
