i'd sign Jay Williams to a low risk contract & focus our draft picks on getting a shotblocker/rebounder & an athletic swingman who can defend & rebound.

Forget Williams, what's the point? If anything, we need guys with experience playing at the point, and Jay Will hasn't played for 3 seasons now. He's basically back to being a rookie and probably nowhere close to being what he once was.
I say at least go for Banks and just ride with him and Craw and Nate and see what happens from there.

Francis and/or Marbury need to go. Jamal should get the starting PG job. Having a Jaric or Miller to back him up would be ideal. Nate is a SG.
I'm not touching Jay Williams and I also have no idea why people are obsessed with Banks. Nate Robinson put up similar stats in less minutes in his rookie season.
