Coach = LB

C = Curry & he has a 15/7 season, a re-signed Butler does a good job as a back-up

PF = Frye 14/6 backed up by Lee primarily who gives us a 6/6 in 20 minutes per night

SF = a sign & trade (core piece = Francis) results in Harrington, who gives us 18/6, backed up by J Rose, we lose Q Woods this off-season

SG = Craw has a 14 point avg, Hassell gives us D off the bench, JJ Redick a surprise draft pick has hot shooting nights, but never earns major minutes

PG = Marko Jaric leads a 3 headed (albeit ugly) monster at PG, Nate plays more minutes and makes some progress, Kyle Lowry can't shoot with any consistency, but epitomizes the toughness the team is starting to show nightly by mid-season

Record = 37-45...but over .500 in 2nd half of season

it's a start in the right direction at the very least... the first semblence of a team w/complementary parts that has a chance of buying into a Larry Brown type system w/o the presence of spoiled primadonna's to ruin team chemistry... i like it.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

Hey, I know predicting these things is a long shot. Just having a little fun with the most un-fun team in memory. This organization's Number 1 goal should be to not be the most unlikeable & embarrassing franchise in sports.

I don't think any of those things are unreasonable....TMS, thx for the feedback.

I would not be mad at all.

Thing is its not just marbs and Francis. Brown was having trouble playing all his players. If that's the line-up than I can't trust Larry to coach it. Not after last season.

Still with a clean head, I would not be mad at all. I think Nate would eventually beat out those guys to be the starter. I see jaric as a Brent Barry type of player.

I don't like Al Harrington but if woods is gone I'd take him he's a good player. He rebounds enough to help frye and curry.

I dunno its ok I guess, but I think better things could be done, maybe not recordwise, but as how to the different parts fit together. Not a fan of Harrington or Jaric.

However if Curry and Frye develop, that could account for all the problems that a team like that would have.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?
