Has he ever had any success w/ a foreign player? Off the top of my head, I can only think of Rik Smits.

One would think that they would be right up his alley. While its true, most Euro's aren't great defenders, they are generally more coachable, probably more inclined to buy into his BS & are typically facilitators on offense (the word he uses to describe guys who will move the ball).

Yet, his good buddy...Gregg Popavich, can't seem to have enough non-Americans.

The reason why I bring it up is there are a couple of Spanish guards that might be available for either pick (Rudy Fernandez/Sergio Gonzalez).

Nah, I think he hates them but not as much as point guards.
BTW, Smits played at Marist so Brown forgave him for the whole foreign thing.
