I must have seen 4 or 5 threads dealing with the "roster space" issue. As of the last CBA, we can put the new draftees into the NBDL. That would make me think that the draft strategy should change, instead of picking ready players, we should consider the highest later potential players. Also, if necessary, I think each of our second year players are still eligible for a NBDL stint. So, two questions:
If we are drafting with the intent to use the NBDL this year, who do you choose?
Second, would you consider sending any of the second year players down to "the minors"?

I've seen a number of "dump player" trades which seem to have the purpose of reducing the roster size only, not really increasing the quality of players. It just seems to me that UKposters are overlooking the usage of the NBDL.
