Golden State

Erick Dampier, with 15 rebounds. He told reporters that he was going to be good this season. Maybe he wasn't lying. This guy is huge... if he actually busts out, he could be a top 5 starting center in this league, EASY.

How about Drew Goodens stat line. 26 points, 14 rebounds. Not too shabby.

he was the 2nd best steal of the draft. Dixon at 15 was the best steal for Washington. Gooden at 3 was a great steal too.

I don't know if Drew at #3 can be considered a steal...but it seems like he is going to be a very good player. I'm waiting to see what Dixon can do. Without a poit guard handle or shooting guard size the odds are against him. He seems to be someone who perserveres though.

Dixon has good handle but his court vison isnt the greatest. But when you have players who can create like Jordan, Stack, Hughes, he will be very good. I was hoping Dixon slipped to #25 like the so-called experts said. Dixon was in the top 5 in skill but his height is what made him be drafted so low. Ill take him over Frank Williams anyday.

He's still a tweener, and it's tough to judge how a 2 in the college will translate to a 1 in the NBA. It's a lot different, regardless of talent.

I, too, would've liked him at 25, but I can't argue with a natural PG.
