I pleaded for Dolan 4 years ago to adopt a quote from Albert Einstein:

"the problem at hand must be solveed with a higher level of thinking than which created it".

We seem to be going the wrong way.

Im not asking for Isiah to be fired, but Dolan is wanting Larry out whom by all accounts is trying to shake up the status quo around this team.

Firing Larry is not going to add value to Marbury or Francis via trade. Dolan is a fool to think that. You can move forward, or make Isiah coach this mess is a joke.

Isiah has become Dolans "yes man" with is pretty sickening!
