we have to watch chicago tueday night get our top 3 pick[that we need so desperatly]
we have to deal with a management and coaches who are on two different wave lenghts--no clear cut plan--the team is focused on this drama instead of the real homework at hand
we so DESPERATELY need 2 out of 3 guys GONE meaning q-rich marbury and francis
we have to many guys who want or need time you want to go young yet the older players who sck garner the time
i just hope they do what they have to do coming up here with LB either way at this point is fine by me
have fishmike run the darn team i have more confidence in him then what is presently there[other than his love for al harrington:>)]

Maybe by next Sunday Brown will officially be gone, thus ending the management/coach/players conflict that plagued the past season- I'd of prefered it if they'd all managed to compromise, but since they weren't willing, someone had to win to put a stop to all the fighting.
Trading Francis for a high pick would take away some of the pain of giving the Bulls our pick, but who knows if that'll happen.
Whatever moves IT decides to make roster wise (I pray we get rid of Jalen, Mo.T, Francis and Jerome, get more defensive minded backups even if they're unexciting and over paid and get a defensive starting SF! Maybe Jackie Butler and Q Woods have some trade value.), I just wish he'd finalise them all as soon as possible- preferably have the roster set by the draft- just get rid of the confusion and the lack of direction so everyone can focus on getting ready for next season!

it would be nice for the fans IF there was a clear cut direction--one big problem is IT has an ego the size of Alaska and its hard to manage if you cant admit or see flaw through rose-colored glasses with the platinum frames.

I actually don't see what all the crying is about! We do have some players on this team. I think its up to Isaiah to make the necessary changes to get this team back on track. despite the record this year, I don't think we're that far away from having a decent team. I think our best players are our young players and they need to be given more of a leading role next year. Lets not forget that this year was supposed to be about the youth on this team. It was Larry who made it about something else. When you add as many young players as we did to start the year. You know its about Building with youth.
Curry, Frye, Lee, Nate, Butler, Woods, Jamal, Quentin are all 26 or younger. We need to stick with these guys for a while so that they can develop chemistry on both ends of the floor. We need to let Jalen and Mo go and open up their spots for role players that fit with our young core group. We also have to see what kind of deal Isaiah may be able to make to try and improve the team. Its still possible that he can work out a deal that no one has thought about. I just don't think things are as dire as they might seem.
