Webber, Dalembert

for

Brad Miller, Kenny Thomas, C. Williamson(expiring), & Fut. 1st

I mean think about it. Kings need to rebuild with defense. They need to resign Wells. Of course losing Miller means no pick and roll for Bibby, so you bring back CWebb.

Not only does that give them TWO post up players (SAR too), but it rounds out their rotation better.

A starting lineup of Dalembert, Webber, Artest, Wells, and Bibby, with Kmart, SAR, & Co. off the bench is just scary IMO.

For Philly, they need to do SOMETHING. Atleast 1 of Webber and Iverson is gonna be traded. Maybe both. But Miller needs far less touches if AI stays, and that means Iggy gets a bigger role in the offense.

Either way, Philly saves $$$ (around 15 mill.)

Thoughts?

DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

I think getting rid of Webber was a change that has to happen for Sac but he was the heart of the team along with Divac, Peja, Christy and Bibby. They totally gutted the team, however they are moving in the right direction now. Artest was a great addition, and they do have some players. C-Web is done, he wont be the same player he was. No reason to dump Miller - they just need to add a few more pieces and they will be back.

Bibby got some big game issues. Miller is a finesse player. Bonzai is a bone head, and Artest is a nut job.

Webber is on his last leg. Pun intended. Sac made a good trade to get rid of him.

After having a million knee surgeries, Webber would have never been the same player and he's now the slowest person on the planet. Still very skilled and can score and pass with the best of them, but he can't run up and down the court, like how Sac WAS, and his defense is bad. Sac needed to move into a different direction.

It goes to show how good he was before the knee surgeries, b/c of all the skillful things he is doing now. But he's aging, he's slow. Kings did good picking up Rahim. Now they need to CONTINUE to rebuild. Sam D would actually be a great player for them to have.

^ Well that's the point. But Phillys not gonna give up Dalembert for Kenny Thomas and junk.

Webber and Rahim can split up time at the 4. Hell, Webber can spot a few mins. at Center too.

Both of them could easily average atleast 25 MPG.
