while it will probably cost us jalen + frye + lee + picks, there's a good chance the knicks will pursue jermaine. do you want him?

i would trade for him and give them francis, frye and jalen for him and tinsley. i think they will trade him because of his malcontent with the organization. they will definately trade tinsley with johnson's emergence. i would say trade steph instead of francis but i do not think they want him. o'neal is still a great pf and with curry will ehlp our frontcourt exponentially.

I just dont even care. I assume we are going full bore to make some kind of deal like this. Better JO than Zach Randoph or KMart I guess.

I'd hate to trade Frye for JO. Therefore I'm perfectly content with a dynamic frontline of Curry/Martin/Frye. If Curry does improve next year do everything you can to trade him

I'd do it. Jermaine and sjax are worth more, imo than those guys. I love Frye tho, and will still follow his career.

no but I wouldn't be opposed to using Jalen or Mo's expiring to help someone else get him.

I voted yes because I think a frontline of JO and Curry would be extremely tough for teams to deal with. The Knicks would have 2 players to play the blocks and opposing teams would not be able to double down, basically I thikn it would create huge matchup problems. 2 lowpost threats downlow would be absolutely lethal. Also, JO plays hard every single game and he hates to lose, I don't really like him, I think he's smug but he's the kind of guy you would love to have on your team because he brings it every night. He goes 20 and 10 everynite and blocks 2 shots a game. I'll definately take him for that package.

DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

As a matter of fact we shouldn't even go after any big names. We are obviously in a point where we got to overpay for everyone so we might as well not even do it. Just use the draft. And ride out the contracts we have. Move Francis though, for an ending contract and pick. Keep Frye & Lee let them grow here in NY.

As i think about it. This is an appropriate package for KG, Not JO. For JO theyd have to take back a bad contract we cant give them expirings, picks and our #1 from last year (Frye). I do think this is overpaying for JO.
