a couple years ago, Q Rich was exactly what you think Bonzi Wells is right now... why add another SG/SF to this team when our needs are for a shotblocker, playmaking PG or defensive swingman?

Q was coming off an injury last year... let's give him another season at the very least before we pronounce the guy as being washed up... he's all of 26 years old.

I would love to get Bonzi...he's better at his position than anyone we have on the current roster.
NY KNICKS 4 EVER! Will we ever find players like Anthony Mason, Xavier McDaniels, Patrick Ewing again? I hope so.

agreed... also Q played very hard and was very professional. He never pointed fingers or made excuses. Hell.. Francis was here 2 weeks and he was making excuses. I like Q and hope he can get straightened out

Amazing what a contract year can do, and in the playoffs no less.

Bonzi is having a nice series and is talented. But what is motivating him this year compared to years gone buy.

He is sipping the same juice Tim Gazy and Jerome James drinks in playoffs in a contract year.

Be Cool.

q is a better player than we saw last year. he had an awful year but he became one of my favorite players on the team (him, nate, and malik). he never wanted to be here, he had a crazy off court season, but he still played hard and listened to the coach. i don't know if he wants to stay, i don't know if he requested a trade, but if he is here next season, he will be better. now, historically, his %'s have never been good, but he will provide some toughness in the backcourt.

and rebounding... he's a guard that will give you 15-20 games a year where he gets you 10 boards. He's going to play physical defense and like you said listen to coach.

That's one of the reasons why I am confused about people getting so many shooting guards and small fowards. We could use another swing who can shoot from the outside or play some defense, but Q can play some tough D, and if he gets healthy, hopefully he'll find that 3 pt shooting stroke.

What would happen with a back court of Nash and Marbury?

yes, I remember quite well how you thought (and reminded us daily) that series was JJ's coming out party and that was the center we were getting, yada yada

Maybe we should go full after TT?

Did I call it a coming out party? I thought I just said he would perform somewhere between his career playoof and regular season #s. Either way, I was dead wrong. Why do you care so much about keeping track of who was right and wrong and reminding us?
