Why for Cleveland?
Cleveland needs a scorer and Hughes, really isn't it. Hes a good complimentary player, versatile and good defender, but Lebron really isn't at his best when he is scoring 31 points, and LBJ DOESN"T want to play like that. He needs someone who can fill it up, finish on breaks and who is aggressive with the rock. THat is Steve Francis (not the one we have, but thats who he was before he became a knick)

crawford and hughes may be redundant in the backcourt. plus, hughes has like $50+ mil left on his deal for 5 more years.

Craw and Hughes are the same type of player give or take a skill or two.

Besides I'm convinced that Craw is our man to start and lead the Knicks from the 2 guard spot. If Craw can finally prove to everyone he can be consistant and play like a surgeon like he did the last month of the season then he has to start.

If Francis wasn't such a ***** then it would be better to keep him. Francis is easy to get off his game. Cryin gand ****.....whining about his minutes. If Francis could play like he did in Houston as a Knick with Craw who is better than Cuttino then the Knicks would be alright.
