but will reiterate that i strongly believe we should move our picks up to grab Patrick Obryant if possible. I like the thought of having frye and obryant--both very long, fundamentally sound players for the long term. I think he has the most potential vs. his fall back position--i.e we are not getting a top 5 pick and if you want to imporve defense--start with a shot blocking 7 footer with burgeoning skills--if this kid stays next year--hes a top 3 pick--i think if isiah can get to him an his reps and move him away from workouts while promising to offer as much as they can to move up--we could get him.

cannot change the team into contender over night--need to continue adding solid YOUNG pieces and build a team

re-sign Jackie B keep nate jamal Frye Lee see if we can pair down for picks and dump salaries--how much does minny like marbury? picks solid young player with mle and smart vets.

later:)

Damn, I thought I was gonna croak since I hadn't from you in awhile Briggs

J/K man, I agree with you, O'Bryant would be a great draft pick if Isiah could somehow pull that off. I just plead with Isiah to get Reggie Evans or Jared Jeffries with the MLE. PLEASE!!!!!!

this draft is weak. He's no dummy... once he starts working out for teams the secret will be out. He's a lottery pick, no ifs ands or butts. The pick we SHOULD have had is the Raptors pick, but Isiah fubared that one as well.

BRIGGS - You don't think Zeke should pick Hilton Armstrong at the Den slot? or Boone?

this draft may not have the appeal to some of the teams in the upper tier of picks that we can get to----i.e7---15

Minnesota seemed quite interested in Marbury --can we take their lottery pick and package it to move up a tad more?

this whole BS about getting kenyon and zo[yeah right] is crazy. zo iant coming here and while we could get kenyon--isnt getting kenyon at this point everything that is wrong with the team?

now that lowry has tipped his head in id like to see us come up with a strategy to get Obryant and Lowry---they want to improve defense long term right?
i dont think there is a player on this earth who can match lowry's speed on the defensive end and haveing a real MBILE 7 footer with long arms--who also has a burgeoning offensive skill set is the right way to go--impress me--be smart get these two guys.

you guys have me sold on Lowry. I rather have him over the UCONN boys because I want to improve the frontline via trade
