Any thoughts?? Would milwaukee do it???

The Big Cat is a rebounder and does not need the ball to dominate.

Rumor has it that Magliore, after the postseason will be on the tradling block...

Due to New York and Milwaukee being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. New York and Milwaukee had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

i doubt Isiah would ever make that trade for nothing else than it would mean he was admitting that he made a huge mistake in trading for Curry in the first place... Magloire has an expiring contract, so it's attractive from that standpoint, but i'm not convinced that Curry is a lost cause just yet... he does show flashes of dominance... i think Isiah is banking on him realizing his potential next season.

Curry, Butler & the 2 #1's for Bogut & Gadzuric i'd do in a heartbeat tho.

Curry is better than Magloire. Curry needs to play beside a rebounder, but he's better than Magloire.

Curry can be a key part of a winning team, the key is to build the team around him that makes the most sense.

I guess Isiah is thinking long-term with Curry who is only 22 or 23 and has room for improvement.. MAgliore is 28 going on 29 yrs old..

Curry for Bynum are you kidding. They are looking to throw that kid away? I predict that he will be one of the first Lakers traded with Odom. The Lakers are in a must win now mode. I think the Knicks could get Bynum in a trade for Francis and Odom.

Think about what, Kwame stats are also based on his improved play. He was playing horribly for them which lead to Phil Jackson and Bryant saying alot of negative stuff. Another member of the roster that was being talked about in trade talks. As much as I am disappointed with Curry, I am 10 times more disappointed with Brown (a guy that always like). Could you imagine what he would been and where the Lakers would have been if he played like he was capable of playing? I don't even want to imagine if Brown put up those same numbers with the Knicks. As bad as Isiah is getting it now and he would receive it 10 times over and the sad part you probably would be leading the charge saying how they could have gotten Curry.

go back and check. exchanging q for brown was one of my first posts here long before Curry came about.

Jumping o the Wiz losing Hughes without compensation and getting Kwame would've been savvy. The Curry trade in contrast was a typical Isiah dull tunnel vision move.

But then we'd still be stuck with Curry!

I'd trade Curry straight up (if salaries didn't have to match) for Magloire, Bynum, or Bogut but not Kwame
