The 1st team selections can't really be argued. I'd put KG on the second team and Carter on 3rd team. Kidd needs to be up there as well but its difficult to fit him in.

Its close. Garnett is clearly a better defender. And his stats overall are better. MVP is an individual, not a team award. Its not his fault Memphis has Bobby Jackson, Damon Stoudamire, Eddie Jones, Shane Battier and Mike Miller.

I do think Chauncey is overrated but thats a different matter.

I think Chauncey is way overrated as well but he is in top 5 in assists scores a good deal and Detroit won 64.

i'd give AI the nod over Arenas... he was simply better in almost every category.

I'm in agreement with your choices except for Garnett and Iverson. Otherwise, there shouldn't be many surprises.
