- it was embarassing that they quit. they flat out quit. it was embarassing for the nba and for the knicks. they have guys on the team they can't even trade. i will not trade for steph or francis b/c they have not gotten better and have not listened. both of them are the same player they were 7 years ago. they haven't gotten better. they're gonna play their way and will not change to make the team better.

- lb is getting what he deserves. he had a championship team and was a pain in the ass in detroit and had to leave. he deserves this humiliation. he got to the finals, got a relatively young team, they're contenders for the next few years and he screwed that up so he's getting what he deserves. i want him to stay in ny and suffer. i like lb and he's a great coach but he screwed up a great situation in detroit on his own.

If only Barkley could be hired to succeed Isiah. He would definitely tell Dolan the hard truths like no one apparently has in his life.

Yeah, but Barkley isnt the sharpest knife in the drawer. Some of his observations are really way off the mark. However, I dont think this was one of them.

Right, Barkley's good at judging a situation and reflecting on it, but I think he would be a disaster as a GM.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

larry brown deserving humiliation is one thing. humiliating knick fans in the process is not the crowd larry wants to retire to.

starbury and franchise continue to make parker, nash, and bibby pg geniuses. pg players should restructure their contracts based on these 2 players.

barkley is a jack ass and I hate him as a analyss. What he said is pretty accurate except for knowing exactly what went down with LB and Detriot. Larry said NY was a dream Job, but he was commited to detriot, and they more or less felt like his health was an issue they did not want to deal with.

Barkely is an idiot with a big mouth. He hates NY, never heard him say one positive thing about it ever since they traded Ewing. Eventhough Ewing demanded the trade. Somehow Barkely missed that fact, and decided to go on a neverending quest to avenge his freinds being traded.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

Thank you. Love the guy as a player, but and absolute jerk behind the desk.

You are kidding me right?

Unless you are larry's relative, you are the only person that believes this.

He forced his way out.

If Brown is fired over IT, I quit being a Knick fan utnill IT is gone, and I'm serious about that. Too bad its not IT being hospitalized and having to retire due to health problems.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

Agreed. He's the same guy that called Derrick Coleman the future of the NBA

Whoa, DC WAS the future of the NBA, he just wasted his talent. DC should have been one of the best PF's to ever play the game, and skills wise, I'd say comfortab;y he was.

Barkley should stay exactly where he is. He's fantastic in his current job. He's funny as s**t, and as incisive as he needs to be.

Do'nt go putting him in charge of any franchises.

I think he got that political bs out of his system, didn't he?

He's perfect for what he's doing.

Charles is a personality. Lets not confuse TV with real charactor.

He talks a whole lot with a big hurtful ego.

He will suffer a very painful heartattack one day.
