According to this ESPN article, Layden is 26th of 29 GMs.

He should have been 29th. I think that Layden was in a cult when he was in Utah. And to stay in the cult since he moved to NY he had to bring all former Utah players to his new team regardless of there talent and pay them the highest price possible and act like there the only free agents on the market. I think he still has his membership.
