i like alot of our young guys...but i keep reading or hearing the phrase "we should build around them." and i disagree. i think we should be saying that we should "START building a team WITH them." but that's all it is...a START.

what this season has shown us is who is willing to play nice and who isn't. those that aren't will be dumped. so we will first have a team of players willing to listen to the coach and do what's told of them. then, as the games pass, you see what you need to make the team better. nobody on this team is untouchable. the objective is to change the culture and creating a winning atmosphere. some of these players may be around for it, some won't but when we talk about guys like jamal, nate, butler, frye, curry, lee, quentin, qyntel, etc. - those guys to me are just the start...not the core. so if a guy like frye is around next year...it doesn't mean he'll be around the year after that. and i'm cool with it as long as the team is getting better.

I cant agree more!!! I have to believe that LB has a plan!!! I really think it took him quiet long to determin who he wants as a player and who will be gone next season. But hey after this chaotic season you got to believe in some kind of masterplan right?!? ;-)
What really makes me angry is that we have a really talented team but as often stated before those guys with the most talent on the team are headcases and/or unmotivated and those with the right mindset just are not as talented!!!
This team just seems to be a bad mix!!!
