this sounds crazy, but if Marbury is going to stay here next season, i think a switch of IT & LB to take over each others' roles would be a better option than having LB continue to fight w/Marbury & have this same old soap opera repeat all year in 2007... let's say IT takes over as head coach, that would enable LB to take a short break from the rigors of coaching, while still fulfilling duties as a GM to earn his paycheck & bring in the type of players that he thinks he can win with... then when he's got the team just the way he wants it, he can fire Isiah & take over the head coaching duties once again.

(of course, my 1st option is to trade Marbury to any team that'll take him, but w/the money left on his deal it's going to be a very hard sell for next season)
