Lets pray to god this isn't bad, because if for whatever reason LB can't return at all that means we'll be searching for a new coach this offseason... thats all we need. First off, no one will come coach this mess. Second, we're building our team around Larry and planned on doing that for years to come, now we would have to switch our plan completely. And third, if you watched the rest of the game tonight, you'll know why we CAN'T keep Herb around.

We've been winning our latest games with a team of Nate, Crawford, Woods, Lee, Butler out on the floor at the end. Tonight, Herb had Nate, Crawford, Jalen, Mo, James out there. Why? It makes no sense whatsoever. Its not like Mo, Jalen and JJ were having outstanding games. Lee and Butler player about 6 minutes each, if that.

thats true but the young players who you mentioned werent playing well tonight, and jalen and JJ was, strangley enough. I think the moves makes sense, or at least some sense. jackie was terrible tonight, and dlee didnt too much either so I dont think it was that bad of a move.

yeah, I certainly hope he is ok...I'm not his biggest fan as a coach but you certainly don't want to see bad stuff happening to him or his family either...

CLEVELAND (AP) -- New York Knicks coach Larry Brown will be hospitalized overnight after becoming ill in the third quarter of Thursday night's game against the Cavaliers.

The 65-year-old Brown was taken from Quicken Loans Arena on a stretcher following New York's loss. He appeared alert and was sitting upright with oxygen tubes in his nose as he was wheeled out to an emergency vehicle.

Team spokesman Jonathan Supranowitz said Brown was examined by Cavaliers team doctors after leaving the bench in the third quarter. Brown's vital signs were ''stable,'' but because his symptoms came on so quickly, doctors felt it was best that he go to the hospital for further tests and observation.

Supranowitz said Brown had an upset stomach. He would not say which hospital Brown was being taken to.

I wish Larry Brown well.

I have been thinking for a while that he may leave due to health reasons, coupled with the stress of coaching. I think it is definitely possible.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

He doesn't react quickly enough or well at all to what happens in the game. With Brown out, the game changed and slowly the Knicks lost.

Brown had a bad case of Acid Reflux. Stress related. I have had it (no hospital visit though) and its a bitch.

Starbury is trying to kill him.

I have acid reflux, stress really does bring it on. I was hospitalized for 3 days, 4th day returned to work at my client's site on James Street on 9/11. Nearless to say I had to be hospitalized for 8 days because my stomach wouldn't stop producing acid, had anxiety attacks. It's a serious issue. This season may really be too much for Brown to handle. The man is 65 too. He should really reflect on his desire to come back and deal with this team.

Yeah man the guy is 65 years old....

It would really make me mad if he decided to retire because of health reasons or worse. After all he has put the whole franchise through its just not fair.....but such is life.

exactly. He broke down most of the players and inexplicably gave Frye, Butler, Lee, and Nate fifty-three DNP-CDs. He deserves to live and coach through whatever now happens.
