If he hits that dunk, I'm pretty sure you'd be seeing the "Woods is better than Amare parade" at full strength.

You may be right, but why even try someting like that? I can't see how it helps. It may impress everybody else in the world, but it won't impress LB.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

you gotta laugh at that. I think he musta forgotten where he was on the court. He was way short.

But oohah's right. 3 up you dont try that. Had we lost that one by 2 heads would have rolled.

Does the fact that Larry did NOT call an immediate time out, left Qyntel in the game and never said a peep to the press mean that:

1. Brown likes Qyntel almost as much as Jamal and let it slide

2. Qyntel's defensive hustle, rebounding and clutch 4th quarter three pointer made up for his gaffe

3. Qyntel has cemented his role on the 2006-07 roster by playing "the right way" otherwise

4. Qyntel is a goner the instant the season is over

^ 5. Larry missed the play because he was turned arouind talking to Woody about who's playing him in the upcoming big-screen feature "The Larry Brown Way, Dammit!."

Maybe because Browns has definately been watching and coaching a different game then everyone else is.

Woods suprised himself on that one. He was short because he was too far away. You can see he was suprised when he turned around and realized where he was.

Bone head play and could have cost the Knicks the game.....Just make the basket. save the 360's for when we play the Nets!!!!

Dumb play by woods, but he has earned some room for error with brown by playing hard. Woods had a good game and recovered strong after the gaffe. He gets big tough rebounds, he defends and he can score. LB knew it was dumb, q woods knew that, they moved on and the knicks won...

I agree with this. Those that play the coach's way consistently normally get the benefit of the doubt.

he slipped. the court was wet, and he tried to recover but it was too late.

I thought it was wild because I expected him to be on the bench immediately, but I've noticed he's loosened up a bit recently, and it's showing on the court.

It coincided with Nate taking no shots the next game after he played his best game as a knick.

Really petty by Brown to have favs but he is childish that way. I guess he knows this, so he made reference that he knew Nate was watching him. That non-response carries more weight than all his b$%tching about Nate because he shows that it is personal.

I think it's petty too but all coach's do it, including me. If you play the coach's way you become a pet. If you don't you normally end up in the doghouse. Do you think favoritism had anything to do with the Pistons not benching Ben Wallace? Do you think Rasheed would have gotten the same respect? That's life, perform and you become a favorite whether we like it or not.
