If they fire him, Dolan is a goofball, if they force him to retire, than that's the same as Wilkens, and I'm ok with that. Wilkens did a far better job with far less talent.
This year brown has clearly shown he is out of touch with today's NBA (detroit and san antonio are not today's nba, they are dinosaurs, the suns, lakers, nuggets, wizards, even the nets are today's nba), but if he can do some soul searching over the summer the realize you just can quit on your players in the same manner they "quit on you" and find a way to reach them either by a sit down or modifying your methods, then maybe we may work this thing out, but this "my way or the highway" philosophy won't cut it anymore.
Look what happened to melo and bron's game when they got rid of the "my way or highway" coaches. For every 1 player that has improved (crawford) we have 5 that have digressed.
I'd rather sacrifice a crawford and a jackie B to have Rose, Marbury, Franchise and Curry playing to their potential. I'll take a Lee and Frye missed block out or assignment to see them make the plays that they make and continue to learn from their mistakes ON THE FLOOR.
That's just MHO, we already know the small minority of the board that live and die by LB's words, and if that is the truth, you have to take it from him when he says maybe HE has to go.
I'd rather LB AND the Players change. I support both. I think LB can work it out with whomever he has a problem with, however, with marbury on the bench these last couple of blowouts, I don't see how everyone can continue to say he's STILL ONLY talking about MARBS.

I think Brown has made mistakes, but - if the Knicks fire him - that will be how many coaches in the past five years? How many coaches do the Knicks have to hire and fire before we reailize it isn't just the coach?
