He has been sentence to 10 days in jail for extreme driving under the influence. I think they victimized him because he was a star. At worst he should have had a fine and a night in jail and maybe a drinking and driving class. Suns owners are known for not putting up with legal problem. They traded Kidd for the incident he had with his wife. Will Starbury be next. He NY would listen if he was available. Its not even worth speculating because Suns wont give Starbury up for cheap he still a top 5 PG.
