jalen + mo + nate + frye + lee(or picks) for KG, blount, jaric we have enough to give minny a TON of cap room. a TON of $$$ savings. AND we can give them frye, who's probably one of the better young players in the league, along with nate (who has box office appeal) and some obligatory picks. forget about whether you want it to happen or not, do we have enough to get it done?

Absolutely not. I think they would want proven young players like a Ben Gordon for KG on top of $ savings. The only one who we can offer in that mold is Frye and he isnt even that proven.

i'm assuming KG will dictate where he can go. he would say no to chicago b/c they don't have a legitimate star type player in place to play with him (like we would with steph/francis)

Agreed but I said like a Ben Gordon. I wasnt talking only about him. We may have a shot if he forces a trade to the Knicks.

from what was said, minny will not trade KG unless he approaches them for a deal. which means he will also dictate where he will be traded to (ala shaq heat/lakers deal 2 years ago).

the big contract carousel needs an end objective to keep dolan saying "OK" to all these deals...and the end objective is...KG.

steph + francis + sf tbd + KG + curry with role players off the bench and LB coaching

yeah, you could sell that to dolan and more importantly, the fans will EAT IT UP.

Take out Frye out of the trade and put in Jamal and you have a deal. I help JC pack his bags.

there's more of a chance that KG asks the TWolves ownership to pursue Marbs in a trade than him asking out of MIN... & that's the only way they would ever consider trading him anyway.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

I thought Frye was limited player and JC was the bomb, so don't we want to give them the more quality guy?
