Fellas, let's take a moment from the gloom & doom, ok?

Mike Gansey - Smart, tenacious, experienced, good shooter, decent SG size.

Nick Caner-Medley - Nice shooter...also smart & competitive (yes, there's a pattern here).

David Noel - I have a feeling he may not get to us though.

Craig Smith - yes, he's short but he brings tenacity, competitiveness.

Mardy Collins - reminds me of a smoother Aaron McKey.

Josh Boone - if he lasts.

My theme here is smart, experienced college players who will defend, pass & give a sh!t.

I like Gibson, Boone, and this Tyrus Thomas kid seems like a very good prospect. If we have any chance to trade both Steph and Francis, I would grab Gibson and try to use one pick and an expiring contract to trade up and get Thomas.

I agree...Boone falling to us is remote. I just want a big guy who'll defend.

Don't look now but Shelden Williams is falling in some of the mock drafts. Maybe he can do a Granger type free fall and end up with us in the 20th+ pick. Also, if Hilton Armstrong or Boone is not available when we pick, I wouldn't mind picking up Tiago Splitter with that pick.

id love to get shelden, he is my favorite college player right now, but i cant imagine he could fall THAT far.

Im going to wait to see who comes out. I know we arent going to bunch our picks to get up into the top 10, but if Sheldan Williams really did fall to 14-17, then I would do what I could to swipe him, but I sincerely doubt he will be in the top 10.

Dont worry about Ty Thomas, if he come sout, he'll go top 3 5 at the latest if not 1.

who knows. I could see a deal to get bostons pick. raef+1st for moT+SA 1st. boston needs to clear playing time for their young bigs and raef has a massive contract.
