Stephon Marbury. He is a natural born leader.

Sure, once every ten games
I voted for Lee. Frye is second on my list.

this season opened my eyes to alot of things and i've learned to appreciate some things that i normally would just take for granted.

my vote is malik rose - a guy that's in the league b/c of nothing but hard work and effort. he probably won't be on the team in another year or two, but that's cool. i think he's the backbone of this team.

I totally agree with djsunyc.. he knows what it takes to win and Channing frye said "he looks up to malik, a savvy veteran"

The guys plays gritty defense, makes sure his presence around the locker room or court are felt and most of all, sets example out there as a true leader..

I can't call it guys. I love all the players but not one player has stepped up this season.

Q-rich has had a nightmare year. Coming into this season he was one of my favorite personalities to watch out on the court.

Lee is probably my favorite but woods is basically a tie. I love woods to death.

I just hope the panic button isn't pressed too hard. I still believe in these guys. They are just not bring used properly in my opinion.

Malik right now is a totally different player now. What I really love about him now is his interior passing. Anybody check his slick passing inside? He's just been great lately.

jamal for his intelligence and desire to learn

Asked if Crawford was the epitome of a player who always tried his best, Brown said: "Yeah, he's exceptional. You know, I've been blessed coaching a lot of great kids. But he's at the top of the list."

and Qyntel

because I love a good comeback story

Jamal and Frye tied for first, with Lee following close behind. I'm sticking with Jamal to the death!

I'm also rooting for Steph a lot now. There seems to be a lot of adversity he has to overcome now, and I'm definitely pulling for him to do that.

I'll go for Q2. He has huge talent and has a newly found work ethic which will develop that talent. He'll start at the 3 next season and become an important fixture in the Knicks lineup for a long time to come. Kudos to LB for talking Isaiah into signing him.

Ira - you are a scholar and a gentleman

If Qyntel repays the Knicks takiing a chance on him with unselfish play, continued productivity (.502 from the field at last check) and a dedicated off-season regimen - he could be one answer to an unsettled position.

Frye, because his Grand-dad was a Tuskegee Airman, (well worth the side trip for a slice of American History 201 if you're ever on i-85 2 hours south of Atlanta) he's a natural leader by his demeanor, he's boys with David Lee AND he has roots in White Plains

David Lee, because I dug his routine winning the slam-dunk contest in high school and like the way he's decisive with the basketball - and because he's Channing Frye's boy.
