suspend marbury for conduct detrimental to team, and see what francis can do for us as the starter. also give nate a chance to play. i am so tired of marbury, he needs to go away. im not exactly a big brown supporter in the way he is handling this either but one problem at a time.

can't do it - the players association will be all over this one.

I would love to see both parties suspended some how...I know it won't happen...

All the Marbury haters are screaming...

"suspend Marbury! Suspend Marbury!"

but L.Brown is just as guilty......anyway.

I would love to see them BOTH get suspended for a couple days...this is ridiculous AND embarrasing.

can I.Thomas/Dolan stop them from talking to the press? or at least a gag order when asked questions about each other?

I didn't even remember Riley did that, until I saw it on a dvd yesterday. Surreal is quite an understatement.

Before everyone labels me a Marbury hater, let me say that my number one preference is for him to reform himself and contribute to the resurgence of the Knicks. But if none of that works, I say put Marbury on the Tim Thomas plan. I rather have him sit the remainder of his contract than get bought out. If he wants to cripple our franchise, let us cripple his career.

It is irritating. I am on Larry's side on this, b/c the whole Starbury stuff is BS, and he is right about playing winning basetball, but this whole crying to the media stuff is exactly how djsunyc is portraying it to be. Like a bunch of teenage gossip byatches.

although these 2 definitely need couples counseling, a divorce is probably best especially for the children

Well, after this pathetic thing, Marbury days are almost over. Both are acting like little boys.

The key phrase for Statbury is "now its personal".

No its not, its COACHING!

And its about THE TEAM!

I'm disappointed in Marbury but the things Larry says to the media about his players are way out of line and don't display the kind of character I would want from the person who's supposed to be guiding our team. I don't let Larry off like a lot of people do. He's doing a bad job coaching and a bad job relating to people like a grown adult.

Why doesn't Isiah come out and support Marbury like the son that he's supposed to be to him? What, no kisses anymore?

Isiah is like that other blood sucking leech, Don King. He attaches himself to the flavor of the month until they're done and then he moves on to the next flavor. From Marbury to Nate to Frye and Curry. I wonder who it'll be this summer.
If it didn’t work in Phoenix with Nash and Stoutamire... it’s just not a winning formula. It’s an entertaining formula, but not a winning one. - Derek Harper talking about D'Antoni's System

How is it possible not to hate Stephon?

Because he is the only one on this team you can count on bringing it every night...

Do you ever hear LB talk bad about Lee, Frye, Malik, JB or Quentin in the press? I wonder if there is a reason
I just hope that people will like me

er, Marb maybe brings it on the O end every night, except maybe that Orlando game where he went 0-9, but he he has brought it about once or twice on the D end of things. I'm talking about all game long, not just for 5 minutes.

Many occasions? Dude you must be watching different games than the rest of us. How about this... in the last 5 games, who has he stopped?

Larry loves or hates everyone. He handles the hate as immaturely as any coach. BTW, with Lee and JB, it's hard to hate them. What's he gonna say? "They look ugly in the suits they wear when I give them DNP-CDs!"

OK, Mart....Having watch the games...Have you not ever heard Breen say that this is the best he has seen Marbs play D in his career...And that Marbs can play D when he wants to?...Tell me you have never heard that....
