I was the happiest Knick fan after the Knicks drafted Nene, but with the players they have, a healthy Dice is the next best thing.

Yes Dyess is a good player, but could you imagine getting him and keeping Nene? I dont think the Nuggets would have gone for it, but if we could have snuck another lesser player other then Thomas in the deal - then it would have been an amazing trade for us. I guess it was fair though.

No they would not have gone for it. Camby, Jackson, and one of the "lesser knicks" for Dyse. What team would this? Are you on crack?

For some reason, everybody thinks the Nuggets wanted Marcus Camby. No, they wanted Hilario, that way they could build the franchise around he and Tskitisvili.

I know they wanted Nene. They knew he would be available at the #7 spot. I've posted this before and no one seems to get it. We should have forced them to take Kurt. We gave them 2 centers for a PF. I know Layden/Dolan thought this was the better deal becasue Camby was often injurred, but I would rather have Camby for half a season than Kurt for whole season.
