If the knicks were a baseball team they would have 3 good SP's and 2 bad ones (most of the time they start off real good). They have 1 below average Middle Relief Pitcher and the rest are the worst in the league. They also don't have a closer, so if they manage to have a lead in the fourth with 5:00 left they can't hold on unless it's pure luck.

WE NEED A CLOSER
BRAND (watched him a couple nights ago and come game time they just dump him the ball)
KG (go to guy come game time)
CHAUNCEY (MR. BIG SHOT)
NASH
BEN GORDON
get us one of these players and we will be unstoppable
What's Defense?

Many will disagree but i think Nates's that man. He can get to the rim absolutely any time he wants. Can follow his shot and pull off offensive rebounds. He's a very good outside shooter. He needs better decision-making (I know that's an understatement) but I still think he could be the guy.

EDIT: Would also add nerves of steel and confidence.

But has to remember you only get 14 tries in exhibition contests!

so basically, they'd be last year's Mets.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

if the Knicks were a baseball team we would be
Frank Thomas (still being paid like 2 years ago)
Sammy Sosa (with 3 years left on his $100mm contract)
Albert Bell (I'm not done yet)
Chan Ho Park (upside... really there is)
Kevin Brown (he was great in 98... just like yesterday)

We would definitely be the Mo Vaugn Mets
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

How about we draft Allan Ray... this guy looks pretty clutch against the 'Cuse and 33,000 fans today.
