Nate is a sideshow

Ariza is delusional

"These are not the guys I expected to be here"

Marbury is not being aggressive

Jamal is tentative

Frye and Lee are inexperienced

The starting lineups are a revolving door af random combinations based on factors that include a players hometown above all things. Has an NBA coach EVER done that in the regular season in the history of the league?

I've tried to think of some positive words to spin because I'm a positive kinda guy, but

For the life of me, I can't seem to identify a couterpoint, a memorable phrase, a positive statement or a rallying cry, a positive reinforcement towards a Knicks player, or a unit... a particular shift ... since the pre-season

Can I get some help?

Just one.

Just curious.

Hold up why should Larry Brown say anything positive about a bunch of bums who don't play with heart and desire

If I was coach I wouldn't say anything positive. The only person I can say anything positive would be Channing Frye but he is a rookie what do you want Larry Brown to say? Larry Brown has never been a fan of young players.

I'm not the biggest Larry Brown defender, but....

Knicks' Sixth Straight Win is Brown's 1,000th
"I told him (Marbury) how proud I was because he had nothing tonight," Brown said. "He had no legs and I thought our whole team was really kind of struggling. I told him this is the best game because of what he had to go through. Of all the games that he's played, and he's gotten better by each game, this was by far the best because of the matchup he had and the condition he was in and the things that he did."

Nah I know it ain't that deep but I just dont like the fact that some Knicks fans would rather have Larry Brown step down than have Isiah Thomas fired. And by looking at the title of this thread I would assume that you do not like the fact that Larry Brown has not had anything positive to say about these bums.

The Sky's the Limit
"It starts with Stephon," Brown said after practice yesterday of the Knicks' sudden turnaround that they hope to continue tonight when they face the Hawks at the Garden. "He's doing everything."

So, if Brown claims it "starts" with Stephon, does that translate into the fact that it "ends" with him as well?

The negative turning point of the season was/IS the Marbury injury

Knicks Go Up Three Love-In New Year
When (Stephon) Marbury gets 15 assists and 1 turnover, without Jamal (Crawford) in the game, you realize why we won. He was phenomenal.

Yes but if Stephon is not running the plays that are instructed to him by his coach then Steph is the whole negative point of the Knicks sorry franchise.

I can't speak for Larry Brown. Who knows what he thinks? But you can't say he hasn't made any positive statements.

All of those statements came during the win streak. Winning really does change everything.

And I agree, when Marbury went down, it was all over.
