we have shot 54% and we are down 10. Dont names like hilton armstrong and sheldan Williams or BOTH make more sense than al harrington? we need some serious help up the middle in terms of D from the frontcourt to the backcourt--and notice we always seem to play better when lee is out there as an intangible player. If were going to spen money spend it on young athletic bigs who can rebound and block shots to compliment low post scoring--get a guard who can defend

we have to get rid of some of the fat--as in marbury crawford taylor etc...... and replace it with defensive players.

we also dont need the risk of k mart its just crazy to take a risk on a player with such a huge contract hes not worth the contract healthy

Harrington's putting up 22 - 8 - 4 so far & his team is leading the Nets right now in the 4th quarter.

& again, i never said to trade away Frye or Lee for KMart... if it's Marbury or Crawford's contracts that i can unload, i would take the risk on KMart.

on second thought, BRIGGS is right... what do we need w/talented players like Harrington when we can continue to pin our hopes on unproven kids who have zero basketball IQ & don't even know how to play the game... Q Woods is the answer to our prayers, right guys?

Not saying Al harrington is a bad player, but we dont need him. We need to purge the roster, thats what we need. But like I said, al harrington doesnt represent defense --hes just another guy who needs the ball--i dont think you get it--yeah we need some outside shooting on that end, but first and foremost we need guys who can stop the other team--- we need so much this team is so fcd up. i just dont think guys who say acquiring al harrington is suddenly going to change this teams woes, because it wont. they are not seeing what is wrong here.

Im saying we shouldnt follow this path. right now the path we need to follow is change the GM and take some time to find the right guy--purge this frikin roster[which wont happen over night] and start over--thats it in a nutshell.

right now, Dolan's in for so much money, he's not going to stand for that... Isiah obviously has him convinced that he has something big in store for him in the summer in terms of a blockbuster move... like i've been saying all along, i give him til the beginning of next year to fix this mess... i don't think Dolan's going to make any personnel changes until then.

Al Harrington is a good player, just not what we need, but one thing he can do, is hit shots, who on the knicks can hit shots now? anyway, I have been on the HIlton Armstrong bandwagon for weeks now, I think he may be a upgrade over butler because butler is still so raw, I mean he is almost 3 years younger than Hilton...
