this is from a realgm MOCK thread. they said this is his motivator and i quote:

I mean, isn't this something Isiah should have researched a little more before trading two lotto picks for this kid? Someone who needs a motivator is never going to be a superstar or even an all-star.

Isn't that largely the group that Brown has reportedly already lost?

I mean, that's largely the problem with this team: they're all physically gifted, but they don't have the mentality of winners, they don't go all out, they don't know how to play hard.

I mean, I'm sure Brown is frustrated with them and they're frustrated with him for asking them to do things they don't know how to do.
