The teams that run now are: Nets, Suns, Hornets - I'd rather be in any of their shoes
The teams that have run in the recent past: GP/Kemp Sonics, PreBarkley Suns, Magic Lakers

Not all of them are great teams, some of them were, but the point is you play to your strength.

The fact that Larry doesn't want to do this tells me either he's dumb or he's trying to lose. Let's say he thinks he's going to instill some winning way of playing with these players over the course of a few years. Who on this team will still be around that long if the losing continues?

Its pointless to hold all these athletes back.



Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

executing half court ball and defense wins. Run if you can. Larry knows and teaches half court ball and defense. Why would want to run just for the sake of running if you know it really comes down to executing the half court and defense?

I mean I guess the team can become a running team, but to what end besides it being fun to watch. I thought it was towards building a strong core to compete for the finals.

If the Knicks had their draft pick I would say tank. Since they don't the old fool better start winning games because the last thing we need is the Bulls to get better with the NYK pick.

It's not for the sake of running...It's to take advantage of our player abilities...

Who says if you are an uptempo team you can't reach the finals...Spurs seems to have both half court and uptempo style mastered with Parker and Ginobili....

If Larry can experiment with 1000 lineups why can't the team experiment with playing up tempo ball? What do we have to lose? Games?

There is no better way to try running than in games. Trying to run during a game gives this team hands on experience.

You know if you want to run you gotta get some rebounds, meaning the other team has to miss sometimes.

You know what....Don't do anything..jjust keep playing the style he wants...When the team doesn't win 20 games, then I hope he looks in the mirror....Then he can say yeah we lost but we are improving...I just love those answers......
