cryzy - you missed my point entirely

what was your point? that you can win with this roster in NBA Live so why can't Larry Brown? Is Larry supposed to rub some magical healing balm on Marbury's shoulder? Is he supposed to give QRich, a 6 yr vet and 3pt champ and starter on a 62-win conference finalist, shooting lessons?

everyone is gonna have a different reason for the losses when they lose. If Marbury and Francis click, they'll win, if they don't ready for more trades and a new "plan" this summer.

"Who told you to put on a balm? Do you even know what a balm is? You can't tell what a balm will do....they're unpredictable"!....

I'm not gonna brutally criticize Brown but I do wish Frye had been starting a while ago and Lee had been getting MANY more minutes.

Rich - that Larry Browns single-minded, "tear down" approch may do more damage to young players like Crawford than it may others.

Veterans have heard the rants and can filter out the things that don't apply. Some fragile young men, eager to please their coach, MAY press too hard and as a result - retreat into a shell of indecision.

Some recover - others simply get traded.

The game was positive evidence of good things to come

crzymdups - I have no problem with how Francis played.

As a matter of fact, he made a strong opening case for team leader

My issue is simple, How can Brown NOT play Qyntel on Kristic for at LEAST 10-12 minutes?

6' 8 220 lb Qyntel on 7 ' 250 lb Krstic. 11-11 over guys much bigger and stronger wasn't impressive enough?

Elizabeth this is the big one!!!!

Cause Krstic is like 6'11" and would post Q2 like it was his job and end up 18-18 for the night? When has Q2 shown an iota of defense? Q2 is a SF while the big K is a C or PF. I like the guy but he would get toasted by either Vince or Jefferson the second he stepped foot on the court.

Frye and Curry need minutes out there, let's be glad those 2 were out there.

sure. but you can't blame Brown for Marbury going down, Curry not being in shape or having a camp til late Dec, QRich being out of it all season and Jerome James being the biggest waste of $30 million bucks since...ever. Brown hasn't done a great job, but this team looks like crap because they've been beaten down by the losses and the national media laughing at us.

Marbury and Francis get healthy, maybe we can finish the season on a nice run and screw up the Bulls draft plans, but that's about it.

yeah, seriously, a 6'8" swingman on a 7-footer who was swishing jumpers all night? maybe the game has passed Mr. Earl...

Lee on Kristic

you do realize that Krstic fouled out guarding Curry? if Curry got a few more calls, and he will with consistency, Krstic would've been gone earlier.

Krstic isn't the only reason this team lost, it was unfamiliarity on the offense, bad D on Jefferson and missed FTs.

OK, that's better, but even Frye on K was not doing much, the guy just had it going.
