Who is that pick going to be....This will be the worst draft in the recent memory...this could be the Kwame draft all over again....

Chicago starting 5 next year may possibly be

Aldridge Chandler Deng Hinrich Gordon

and they still have a pick and a ton of capspace to add a backup 2 to a bench that includes Songaila Nocioni and Duhon.

Suns win it hands down. They were able to sign Nash who looks to be 2 time MVP. And won 62 games last yr.

I went with the Suns...Zeke knows how to clear cap space..too bad he clears them for the wrong team. Orlando is a distant 2nd...and they are going to have all the cap space in the world.

chicago has a GREAT chance to land garnett or pierce by moving that pick along with gordon + deng.

So you think Garnett will will accept a trade to a team going nowhere...Because will be instrumental if such a deal would happen....

Phoenix. They signed the MVP b/c of us, and they are doing awesome even without Amare.

Funny thing is that would be a terrible trade for both Chicago and KG. If they have to part with Gordon, Deng, and the pick, what are they left with-- KG, Heinrich and a bunch of role players? That would be a great defensive team, but ultimately they wouldn't stand a chance against the top tier teams. If KG wants out of Minny because he's surrounded by inferior talent, this trade wouldn't really address that. And of course Chicago would be nuts to do it as well.

Garnett isn't from Chicago! He is from South Carolina. He attended the school in Chicago fro more national exposure. Plus, I belileve he got into some kind of trouble in HS in South Caolina so he transfered.

Trading Gordon, Deng and the draft pick for the 30 yr old Garnett would turn Chicago into Minnesota. Still not good enough to win anything.

we can give minny the most attractive package in BOTH cap relief and frye (w/ some picks). and if kg gets moved, i think it's really a two horse race - us and the lakers. chicago will probably end up with pierce.

the real question everyone should ask is are you ready to go ALL IN to get KG here? essentially, it will cost us frye and some picks. i KNOW this organization is ready to go ALL IN. that's probably how isiah's selling this whole thing to dolan. but are we, as fans, ready to go ALL IN?
