Lets look at PHX, Sarver the new owner had an understanding with Colangelo Jr. that he could talk with others if he wanted to. He is getting paid only 1mil vs. 3mil Raps offering. Now Colangelo has done a great job, but Sarver is a proactive owner that was key in letting Joe J. go and signing of Nash. While the GM gets lots of credit, maybe Sarver knows he can be replaced and there may be some real talent waiting to get promoted. Good managers have better people under them to make them look good. Colangelo gets to cash in, and PHX promotes from within. Win-win. Save a mil here and there and it adds up. Making a profit by entertaining the crowds, winning, and attracting revenue. Winning teams have winning attidudes.

Last nite I rushed home to watch the game. Taped it, but saw we were down by 20 and just shut if off.
