francis, kmart, ratliff, dmiles, jalen, etc...

how many of these deals had to do with giving up a completely unprotected #1 in this draft?

My guess is 0. Isiah probably would have given up the young guys for Artest a long time ago if he just wanted to buy a few Ws to give up a lower pick.

I think it's our record. If we were .500 or better we wouldn't be pursuing these starphuch-lite deals. We'd be hearing how the rebuild's on target and our young core's on track.
