According to nba.com, coverage of all tonight's events is as follows:

Saturday, Feb. 18
NBA All-Star Saturday Night presented by AOL
8:30 p.m. ET, TNT
• RadioShack Shooting Stars
• PlayStation Skills Challenge
• Foot Locker Three-Point Shootout
• Sprite Rising Stars Slam Dunk

They list the dunk contest last, but I have no idea what time it will really air.

Btw, they also list nonstop NBA "specials" on TNT from now till 8.30

The dunk contest is usually last since it is the most popular.

The Phoenix Suns return to defend their title in the RadioShack Shooting Stars competition, to be held on NBA All-Star Saturday Night presented by AOL. Mercury guard Kelly Miller replaces teammate Diana Taurasi and joins Shawn Marion and Dan Majerle as they face teams from Houston, L.A. and San Antonio. The teams, each comprised of an NBA player, WNBA player and NBA legend, compete in the contest featuring six numbered shooting locations of increasing difficulty.
