has he been signed by anyone? can someone inform me if they know his status? he was a good center for a 2nd year player...

He is still a free agent and in my opinion he would be better than Doleac. Blount is a better rebounder and shot blocker than Doleac and likes to bang down low more than Doleac. He may even be cheaper to sign than Doleac.

Blount was already signed. but Knick would have no interest in backups any more. Knicks want a starter. Olowakandi is on the top of our list. He is a long long long shot but Layden isnt giving up on a sign and trade.

you know where blount signed? and how do you know layden is trying for a Kandi sign and trade?

Only players remotely possibly being had through trades from the clippers are keyon dooling, sean rooks and melvin ely. Clips do not have a surplus of centers, and since the knicks don't have any either what would be the trade?

Not a long shot, more likely impossible.

true, he's still a FA. but his stats are worse than i thought they were... o'brien didn't play him much this year, but last year, he did well, when battie was out due to injury.
