I'll take partial blame. This season, Knicks are 2 and 3 with me attending, which means I am clearly underachieving as a Knicks fan. Next 3 games I go to, I promise I'll start shouting out insults to the Knicks players.

Blame me, I've been wearing a blue Knicks rubber wristband since the Minnesota game where Marbury got hurt. Before that, we had won six in a row.

Better check djsunyc - he has an orange one

Gee, I feel terrible

Pheonix lost Amare Stoudemire for the whole year and has 10 new players--dont see them btching and making excuses--they are just playing hard and winning. For a guy calling out some crybaby fans, you sir lead the charge.

isiah Thomas--- "this isnt charity"
isiah thomas--- sounded like he had the IQ of a bird of NBC. I use to cringe when he spoke
Isiah Thomas---blame Layden

hey I think we can get a chuck norris thing going here

Yeah dj, but Marbury is our best player

(V8 juice slap in the head) Hold UP dj, didn't the losing start when you got on television?

It's all djsunyc's fault!

the first televised appearance of djsunyc (not in handcuffs) was wednesday vs. dallas...we won.

you really want to know when it all went downhill...when jerome fed the team before the toronto game...

Checketts- I blame him and crew for not keeping Ewing and letting his contract expire, instead of trading him for bums with big contracts.
Layden- any time the word Blame is mentioned with the Knicks, its essential to mention Laydens name.

Isiah- For inheriting Layden's garbage and insted of cleaning it up, he adds more garbage. Instead of trading for Marbury, he should have began the rebuilding cycle as soon as he took over

Dolan- for acting like Mike Tyson and not knowing whats going on with his money
"Man, who knows with this team." Aguirre.

Let's be real though, Nash is an MVP calibar player and so is Amare. Matrix is an all-star. You could surround 2 of 3 of those guys with a good shooting HS Varsity team and they could compete. NY ain't close to that.

Dolan. Imagine we had someone like Mark Cuban as an owner. Or Rod Thorn as a GM...
The new new core: Randle, RJ, IQ. Maybe Mitch. Future pick. Future trade. Future FA.

I don't see how you cannot blame Brown. I'm sure it's all for the greater good down the road, but his personnell decisions suck.

Let me clarify. The team was in place, his job as a coach is to do the best he can with what he is given. I do not believe he has done this. At all. Every game, theres a new question that pops into my head.

I was at the game last night..

"Why is Malik Rose out there shooting airballs, when David Lee was going 8/10 over two games?"

"Why does he have a Q-Rich, Q2, Nate, JJ and Jackie Butler on the floor together?"

Or the game I was at 2 weeks ago; "Why did he take Q-Rich out, who was 6/8 from the field?"

Screw him, if these are not the players he wants. They are what he has and he needs to make the best out of the situation. That's his job.

I changed my vote- I had picked LB- but, the blame for LB being here is squarely on Isiah's shoulders.

Great point. Why hire Larry brown when he was clearly trying to build a young-run and gun team?

Clearly, his hand was forced by Dolan. I really believe that the only way forward for the Knicks is new ownership. Dolan just doesn't get it and never will.

I think some moves are forced by having Dolan as an owner- but, Isiah could have sold Dolan on any coach- Westphal would have been perfect- if he had had a pursuasive arguement.

Getting Brown (&Wilkens) because they have HOF credentials is not good enough reasoning, to me. To Isiah & Dolan, it was.
