He keeps saying that what he KNOWS is that IF the Knicks do make a deal, it will involve marquee players--players to be very excited about... Now I'm really wondering what Isiah is working on.

he's not in the know... he's a good commentator & a passionate fan like the rest of us... but he doesn't have sources inside like Steven A, or even Peter Vecsey

You have access to SAS? He does a show with him, he is friends with him so I assume SAS talks to him about things that we don't have access to.

I hang with BT after every Knick game I go to. This guy knows his sports and has legit sources. Whoever SAS talks to, BT talks to. He's also one of the most knowledgable people you'll ever meet. Ask him any question about any sport and he can give you a 10 minute lecture.

He's most likely refering to the same players we've been discussing for the last few days:

Kmart
Franchise
Ratliff
DMiles
Watson

The only player I can see comming here in that list is Ratliff, which I don't really want, but if it takes taking on Ratliff's contract to get Miles, I'd do it.

No, definitely not those guys, he and SAS both say KMart isn't coming. I'm not sure about Stevie but he was definitely talking about marquee players not role players.

Not to sound silly, but are you that dude with really short dark brown hair, wearing a Knicks jacket, cause I've seen him hanging around BT at the front of MSG before the games, frequently. I have no clue who he is though.

No, but I know who you're talking about. I don't go to that show before the game down in the lobby, only in the Play by Play afterwards.
