why doesn't postell ever play any D and why don't we trade kt and give harrington the minutes at C? harrington was a starter in this league before coming to the knicks as a backup! we essentially traded away 3 first round picks to get harrington, what's the deal?! why don't we use this guy.
(donnell harvey, john wallace, a first rounder to the grizz and 2 second rounders!!)

Why? It's the coach(es). The GM and the coach(es) have to see eye-to-eye. For all the fuzz about Doleac's shooting skills (.400+), Harrington is even more efficient (.500+) around the basket.
The Grizzlies moved Harrington to give more time to Stromile Swift, who may or may not deserve it. Harrington was also the first one off the bench at Houston, backing up Olajuwon and Barkley.
Travis Knight shares the same fate.

Thats why I think KT is expendable, they have Harrington who I think was the most consistent Knick last year. If given the minutes that Thomas was given he come up with the same numbers as Thomas and Harrington has a better post game than Thomas. Thats why they need to make the move for NVE a quickly as posible before some team comes in a get NVE leaving the Knicks once again in a cloud of dust.

i hate how whenever a great player comes to the knicks he ends up being just an OK or good player.

the reason harrington can't get any playing time is that while he's listed at 6'9, he's closer to 6'7 or 6'6. his left baby hook is really efficient but he doesn't board well for a pf.
